1. After membership payment is received, South Carolina Bride Wedding Guide™ will have the vendor listing online within two (2) business days unless we are closed.
2. All membership fees will be paid "in full" and in advance for a one (1) year term.  All fees are payable in U.S. dollars only.
 3. If the vendor’s company goes out of business, no refunds will be given.
4. South Carolina Bride Wedding Guide will provide Internet access from the vendor’s listing to their e-mail address and/or website for the term outlined herein on this agreement.
5.  Promotions and/or advertisements will only be in the name of South Carolina Bride Wedding Guide ONLY.
6. South Carolina Bride Wedding Guide assumes no responsibility for the growth of potential future business or the loss of business.
7. The term is for one full year (12 months) after payment is received.
8. Vendors may not assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise without South Carolina Bride Wedding Guide's prior written consent.  Any attempt to assign this Agreement in violation hereof will be null and void. 
9. The parties to this Agreement are independent contractors.  Neither party is an agent, representative or partner of the other. 
10.  Neither party will be liable for default or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement (except other than for non-payment by Vendor) if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to fire, flood, accident, earthquakes, telecommunications line failures, storms, strikes and or walk-outs. 
11. Vendors agrees to respond to all e-mails received from brides/grooms accessing the Site within a reasonable period of time, but in no event later than one week from the date the e-mail was originally sent.
12. Cancellation Policy:  This contract is binding and completion of the contract is required under the Terms of this Agreement.  You may, however, request that your listing be removed from the South Carolina Bride Wedding Guide at any time, but there are no refunds of advertising fees.  No exceptions.
13. SOUTH CAROLINA BRIDE ONLINE WEDDING GUIDE  MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSES OR IMPLIES, AS TO ANY MATTER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ADVERTISING, THE AVAILABILITY OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, NUMBER OF HITS, AND OTHER SERVICES, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  
14. South Carolina Bride Online Wedding Guide  may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.  Revisions to the Terms and Conditions will be effective at the time they are posted on the website.
15. South Carolina Bride Wedding Guide maintains the right to correct any errors or false or misleading information on this website.
16. You agree to receive future notifications and correspondence from South Carolina Bride Wedding Guide in the form of an e-mail, fax, US Mail or phone call.
17. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless South Carolina Bride Online Wedding Guide, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable and accounting fees, arising from your use of this website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.
