Q. I
am a bridesmaid in a wedding of one of my good
friends. The Maid of Honor called me a few
days ago asking for money for the wedding shower
that she is throwing for her. My question
is...do I have to pay because I can't even go
the day it is scheduled.--Pawley's Island, SC
|
| A. I
hate to tell you but Yes. Since you are in
the bridal party, you are obligated to
contribute to the cost of the shower--even if
you can't attend. Also, you need to give a
shower gift. BUT if you go to
another shower, you don't have to bring another
gift. |
